Shipping Policy

Your order means a lot to us. As a small business, we aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Please allow up to three business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Once your order has been shipped, it becomes the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If you notice any unusual activity with your delivery, it is your responsibility to follow up with the carrier.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as we are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched.

Returns Policy

We want you to love your products as much as we do. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via our contact page or at mardischumannhair@gmail.com. We will happily work with you to resolve the issue.

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

For an eligible return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns on products that have been used.

Please note that sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
